Margeret Bellhouse's roof has been pelted with balls throughout summer
Source of practice balls remains a mystery after golf clubs deny ownership
Experts say birds dropping them so they smash and they can get food inside

It isn't everyday that your roof is pelted with plastic golf balls by seagulls flying overhead.

But after this summer, Margaret Bellhouse expects nothing less.

Ms Bellhouse, from Paignton, Devon, has been left with quite a headache after over 50 'air flow' balls have rained down on her property.

The practice golf balls were dropped by flocks of seagulls - which they mistook for tasty mussels.
